1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

4. RETURN PROCESS

5. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, unless the return is due to our

Defective item received
If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.
6. REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 3–7 BUSINESS DAYS after the return is approved.
Refunds will be issued to the ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD used at checkout.

refund to your account.
7. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled within 12 HOURS OF PURCHASE.
After this period, the order may already be processed and may not be eligible for
